Clearly SOME people haven’t watched the Dark Knight Rises properly. Robin John Blake (Joseph Gordon Levitt) is NOT going to be Robin or Nightwing. He is Batman. His legal name “Robin” is just a nod towards the character, nothing else.
Why the fuck else would Bruce Wayne repair the batsignal and give it to Commissioner Gordon? He’s going to light the batsignal and get Nightwing appearing? That’s like asking for an apple but getting an orange instead.
